Published by krosenberg at 4:44 pm under breakfast, product reviews Edit This

Buckwheat is a great alternative grain those of us who eat gluten-free. It’s actually not even a grain at all. It’s a fruit! Bob’s Red Mill makes a delicious buckwheat breakfast cereal–Creamy Buckwheat Cereal–that’s a great alternative to oatmeal.

Serving recommendations: Cook 1/4 cup of Creamy Buckwheat Cereal in 1 cup of milk or water (or a half cup of each) for about 10 min.

Add nuts, fruit, and a little honey or maple syrup for a sweet breakfast. Add 2-3 tbsp. parmesan cheese, nuts, and ground pepper for a savory breakfast.

Where to purchase Creamy Buckwheat Cereal:
